The Demons were at their clinical best to run away with a 48-26 victory at Dimboola.
The minor premiers broke the game open early, scoring 15 first quarter goals to take a seven goal lead into the first break.
Stawell managed just four goals in the second period as the margin escalated to 14 goals by half time.
Horsham’s dominance continued in the second half, scoring 11 goals in both the third and fourth quarters to claim the premiership.
Stawell went into the game against the odds, with the Demons dropping just one match throughout the season.
Stawell coach Toni Stewart said it was a “disappointing” way to finis the season.
“The game was definitely not a reflection of our year,” she said.
“Horsham were just more polished and tougher than us.”
