Some of the best naturally aspirated cars from around Australia will make their way to Stawell for the 2017 Burnouts Australia Magazine AspoNats competition.
Cars will compete in four, six and eight cylinder as well as divisions, as well as a young gun class.
AspoNats promoter Jo Banfield said the venue at Stawell is perfect for the event.
“The venue is great. We were here a few weeks ago for the 4k burnout which was fantastic,” she said.
“We will definitely be coming back next year as well.”
Stawell Motor Sports Club president Ben Rolph said it is great to have such a big event come to Stawell.
“It is just a great thing all round for the town,” he said.
“The accommodation fills up and it is also a good cash injection for our club.”
More than 1000 people are expected to visit the event. Tickets are $30 for adults, $10 for children and kids under seven get in for free.
