The Saints were just too good for the Warriors in the 11.13 (79) to 4.4 (28) demolition at Coughlin Park.
A four-goal to one first term set the tone for the Saints, making any chance of an upset very difficult for Stawell.
The Warriors hit back in the second quarter, booting two goals to one to reduce the deficit to 17 points by half-time.
Any hope of a Stawell comeback was ended in the third term, with the Saints keeping the away side scoreless to go ahead by 40 points.
A further three goals in the final term took Horsham’s lead over the 50-point barrier before full time.
The margin could have been much bigger had the Saints converted better on their 24 shots at goal.
Paul Summers kicked two of Stawell’s four goals as one of his team’s best on ground.
Aiden Graveson and Lucky Ika both finished with one-goal to their name.
Graveson finished the season as Stawell’s leading goal kicker, booting 32 goals from 19 games.
Bailey Taylor, Angus Williams, Cooper Reading, Jaxon Turner and Mackenzie Padley were among Stawell’s best on ground.
Horsham’s Mitchell Martin was named best on ground.
Martin kicked three majors in his team’s win.
The Horsham Saints had seven goal kickers contribute for their 11 majors.
Oscar Crosgrove, Jared Morris, Riley Bryan, Nicholas Caris and Brayden Helyar were in the best for the Saints.
The Saints will face Ararat in the grand final at Dimboola next Saturday, with the Rats strong favourites to win the flag.
The Rats easily dealt with the Saints two weekend’s ago, claiming a 159-point victory to move straight to the grand final.
The under-17 football grand final will kick off at 10am at Dimboola on Saturday.
The Saints will feature three teams in Saturday’s football grand finals, as well as three in the netball deciders.
The loss to the Saints signals the end of the season for Stawell’s footballers.
The Warriors’ under-17 side was the most successful for the club, being the only football team to win a final.
Stawell’s senior, reserves and under-17 football sides qualified for the finals.
Lucky Ika was also a shining light for the Warriors, with the under-17 footballer finishing as a runner-up in the league’s best and fairest award.
