The event is held for like-minded women who share a connection to agriculture and the environment.
Melissa Connors, a finalist in Regional Australia Institue’s Lightbulb Moment campaign and runs a mentoring project, will be presenting on the day.
This year the event will be held on Sunday, September 10th from 10:30-2:30 at Walkers Lake, situated on the Donald-Avon Plains Road in Avon Plains.
Guests are asked to dress in a garden party frock, gumboots and native flora accessory but are to be mindful to also dress for the weather.
“Bring along your best friend, mother, sister or colleague to what will be another incredible event,” North Central CMA Regional Landcare Coordinator Tess Grieves said.
