Navarre was never troubled in the 22.18.150 to 0.3.3 victory.
The Eagles were kept scoreless in the first quarter, conceding five goals.
Navarre continued to steadily build the lead, before finishing the game the way they started it; keeping Dunolly scoreless and kicking five goals again.
Navarre assistant coach Matt Newton said it was good to come away with another solid win.
“It was a pleasing result,” he said.
“Obviously the boost to our percentage will help us at the end of the season.
“We were aware we were playing a lower placed side so it was good to get a big win and come away from the game unscathed with no injuries.”
The victory keeps Navarre atop the Maryborough Castlemaine District Football League ladder for a second consecutive week.
The Grasshoppers are level on points with Carisbrook, but boast a significantly better percentage.
The past three weeks were a dream fixture for Navarre, facing the bottom three sides of the competition, allowing an opportunity for injured players to rest while still winning games in a dominant fashion.
Newton said it has been a good opportunity to try new players out.
“It is a good reward for those players to get a chance at the senior level and it is good for us as a coaching panel to see who is capable of playing at that level and potentially play against the better teams,” he said.
“We have got a number of teams breathing down our neck so it is good to know that we have a selection of players to pick from that will be able to come into the side if needed to take on those teams.”
Nic Baird continued to make the most of his opportunity in the senior team, kicking four goals to back up his bag of six from the week before.
Newton said Baird has done well with his opportunity in the senior team.
“Nic generally plays in the twos. He is very clever around goals,” he said.
Cody Driscoll kicked four goals as well, with Josh Fowkes, Aaron Slorach and Louis Hannett bagging three.
Hannett was best on ground, with Slorach and Fowkes also among the influential players.
A handful of players are expected to make their return to the Navarre senior side, including coach Jayden Fowkes and forward Ash Driscoll.
“We would expect two to three players return next week and a couple more the week after that,” Newton said.
The Grasshoppers have four games remaining before finals, including a massive match against Carisbrook.
