Horsham Lions Club will provide a barbecue lunch in Roberts Avenue between 11am and 2.30pm.

Harvey Norman’s Tristan Wessling said they have had everything on special today.
“All our stock is at really cheap prices and we’re making sure everyone gets a good deal,” he said.
Mr Wessling said Harvey Norman is all about giving people the complete shopping solution.
“They can come here and get everything they need. We do national prices, so rather than travelling to Melbourne you get the same price here with the excellent country service,” he said.
Mr Wessling said when people decide to shop locally it supports the whole community.
“The money tends to go through many businesses, which helps keep this a prosperous area,” he said.

Forty Winks was involved in the Fri-Yay sale.
Store owner Di Hayes said it is very important for the community and its businesses to keep money in the town.
“We need to make sure the money is going round in the circle and that it stays here for the future prospect of Horsham,” she said.
Ms Hayes said to get a good night sleep it is not only important to find a comfortable and supportive bed but to also be able to relax before going to sleep.

Batch’s Trophies, Engraving and Embroidery were participating in the Fri-Yay sale.
Owner Tim Batchelor said it is important for the community to continue to shop locally.
“We need to keep it up simply to make sure that we keep employment local and have jobs available for our community,” he said.
Batch’s Trophies, Engraving and Embroidery started in 1982 by Mr Batchelor’s parents.
He has since taken ownership of the family business.
“Keeping it in the family has allowed us to build up a brand that people can trust, especially with security and locksmithing,” he said.
Batch’s Trophies, Engraving and Embroidery is located on 1-3 Firebrace street.
