The Ararat Rats will be keen to get back on the winners list when they face Nhill in round seven of the Wimmera Netball Association on Saturday.

The Rats fell just short of victory against the Horsham Saints in their previous match but will get another chance to notch up their second win of the season when they face the fifth-placed Tigers at Nhill.

A win would also move the visitors into the top five, just shy of the halfway point for the season.

A strong performance from the senior netball team would also boost morale for the players heading into the Rats’ rematch with Stawell Warriors the following weekend.

The A Grade match will start at 2.15pm at Nhill’s Davis Park.
