The 18th annual gemstone and mineral exhibition was on Saturday and Sunday.
The event had a range of items on display and available for sale.
The day also included silversmithing demonstrations, along with gem and opal cutting.
Club member Toby Deckert said there was good crowds at the show throughout both days.
“People were very interested in having a look at our displays and demonstrations,” he said.
Mr Deckert said there was a special demonstration from Minelab Metal Detectors.
He said the detectors were a very popular item among visitors.
The event also featured children’s activities.
There was workshops throughout the exhibition, which allowed children to create their own gemstone critters, ants, gift cards and plant watchers.
“Children could also dig in a trailer of sand for bags of stones,” Mr Deckert said.
He said people travelled to the show from throughout the state. “There was one woman who came from Emerald on Saturday,” he said.
“As she was driving home, she got to Stawell and realised she forgot to buy something she wanted at the exhibition.
“She slept in her car and came back the next day.”
Mr Deckert said overall the committee was pleased with how the annual exhibition went.
