Stawell police have released CCTV images of four people allegedly involved in a burglary at Stawell on Wednesday night.

Sergeant Bill Alford said he was hoping members of the public could identify the four people shown in the images, captured from CCTV footage.
“If you can identify these persons of interest or have any information that could help us with our investigations, we ask you to please contact Senior Constable Murnane at Stawell Police Station on 5358 8222 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000,” he said.
Criminal investigations are underway.
Police could not yet reveal details about the premises where the burglary occurred and what was stolen and damaged.
Latest police figures showed burglaries at Stawell had increased by a staggering 48 per cent.
There were 25 reported burglaries at Stawell in 2014, 39 in 2015 and 58 last year.
The latest figure was the highest number of burglary related offences recorded in the last five years.
Figures were also up in surrounding towns Halls Gap, Pomonal, Navarre and St Arnaud.
Halls Gap, Pomonal and St Arnaud recorded a 54 per cent increase in burglary related offences, while Navarre was up by a concerning 300 per cent.
