Stawell sits two spots behind the undefeated Burras, with three wins and one loss.
Stawell goes into the game following a strong performance against Dimboola.
Warriors coach Tom Eckel said he expects a tough contest.
“They are a competitive team, and we will have to be at our best to beat them,” Eckel said.
“It will be a good opportunity to see where we are.”
The Burras have had a flying start to 2017 and are coming off a big 104-point win over Ararat.
They also boast the best defensive record, conceding an average of only 47-points per game.
Stawell forwards Travis Graham and David Andrivon will be a good test for the Burras backline, booting 29-goals between them in the first four rounds.
The Warriors will travel to Murtoa Recreation Reserve with the first bounce at 2.20pm.
