The Southern Roos led the entire game to eventually clinch a win, leading the Lakers by 24 goals.
The final scoreboard read Harrow-Balmoral 47 to Taylors Lake 23.
The Roos got off to a fast start with goal shooter Sara McCuish and goal attack Sarah Cleaver sharing 16 goals.
By half-time, the Roos led by 19 points.
