The gallery exhibited part owner Vija Harris’ printmaking whose linocuts featured native birds and plants.
Husband, John Harris’ sculptures were in limestone.
Mrs Harris said she was a former art teacher and John had been a sculptor for 30 years.
“Art is our passion and is something we love to create and look at,” she said.
“We have had the studio gallery here for 12 years and before that we were at Maryborough for 10 years at the Railway Station gallery.
“The gallery has been received really well from the public, they love coming into here and seeing the different creations and a good chance for passers by as we are on the highway.”
The limestone was delivered from Mount Gambier and were available to the public all year-round.
The gallery was open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 11am and 5pm.
We just love art, I am a former art teacher and my husband has been a sculptor for 30 years, it is something we are very passionate about."
