GWMWater’s Customer Portal: This new online service is already receiving great feedback. The customer portal can help you to detect on-farm leaks or receive alerts for low water consumption in stock areas.
If you are a rural customer connected to the Wimmera or Northern Mallee Pipelines bring your latest GWMWater bill to the site and the staff can help you to register for the customer portal on the spot.
Essential Services Commission Water Price Review: GWMWater is asking you to give feedback on a range of issues over the coming months. Your opinions will help GWMWater develop the 2018-23 Water Price Review submission, so call into the site and spend a couple of minutes answering a short survey to have your say.
