A man has escaped injury after his truck rolled on the Western Highway, west of Ararat.
State Emergency Service members attended the scene, but duty officer Geoff Dunmore said the man was free of the truck when they arrived.
Traffic has been reduced to one lane in both directions by police.
EARLIER
THERE is an incident on the Western Highway at Ararat.
Police, State Emergency Service and ambulance crews are at the scene.
A truck is on its side on the shoulder of the road, on the Stawell side of Ararat.
The incident occurred about 8.15am on Thursday.
Traffic is down to one lane in the area.
The Vic Emergency website states it is a “rescue road trap”.
