College principal Nick Lynch praised South West TAFE for donating the new Kia.
“It’s the first time we’ve had a car in mint condition with up-to-date technology for our students,” he said.
“The students will be very happy to know they have this opportunity.”
Up to 12 students in the VET automotive course will have access to the car.
South West TAFE senior automotive educator Ross Johnstone said the car meant students could enjoy and train with the latest cutting edge technology and equipment. “It adds value for students and means they can train in a best practice environment,” he said.
