The match of the round will be contested between leaders Nhill one and fourth-placed Coughlin Park one and will be played at Nhill.
Nhill will aim to tally another win in a dominant season.
The competition’s leading side has lost just one game in the 2016-17 season.
Second-placed Horsham City will travel to take on bottom-placed Edenhope.
Coughlin Park two will host Kaniva.
In division two, Sunnyside three has the bye, giving the team an extra week off.
The game of the round in second division will be between Horsham City two and Horsham City three.
Horsham City two sits proudly at the top of the table and boasts a record of eight wins, zero losses and zero draws, while Horsham City three is in third spot.
Fourth-placed Dimboola two will host fifth-placed Nhill two.
Nhill sits just four points behind its opponents.
Goroke one will travel to Natimuk one.
Second-placed Sunnyside two will host lowly Coughlin Park three.
All games will start at 1.30pm for both divisions.
