Police investigate theft and attempted burglary
Police are investigating the theft of a line trimmer from a ute on Little Rickard Street, Stawell on November 26 and an attempted burglary at a Stawell property.

The trimmer was stolen from the ute’s tray between 8.30am and 5pm.
Police are also investigating an attempted burglary at a house on Walsh’s Road overnight on November 29-30.
Stawell Senior Constable Rebecca McDonald said the front door was forced open and the lock was broken.
“Ensure your vehicles are locked and anything of value is kept out of sight,” she said.
