The yearly event is to be held over two days on December 1 and 2 at the Stawell Entertainment Centre.
Entry forms are already being circulated with an attached letter explaining the categories and this year's theme, which is 'The Light of the World' (bringing joy to the world).
To build on the theme, an added attraction will be Carols by Christmas Tree Lights to be held on the Saturday from 5pm to 6pm.
Music will be provided by the Stawell Brass Band and to compliment the theme lots of trees with lights, while lots of voices would make this a special occasion to herald the advent of Christmas.
The Sunday program will feature the Horsham Handbell Ringers and Kaleidoscope as special attractions.
Stalls will be conducted throughout, so you can start your Christmas shopping early and also check out the Christmas card selection. Competitions and morning and afternoon teas will also run for the duration of the Christmas Tree Festival. If you haven't entered a tree before and would like to, call Jo on 5358 2879, or call in to Eleanor Clark Furniture or Gifted Wombat.
