A fourth tag was left on the fence outside Richie’s Supa IGA.
Employment agency Madec, cafe Mokepilly and Sportspower were all tagged in the incident.
Stawell police Sergeant Bill Alfred said the vandalism was being investigated.
“There were four instances of graffiti in the Main Street,” he said.
“The tags were all pink and either ‘Bronx’ or ‘Brony’ was prominent.”
Sergeant Alfred said people with information could call Stawell police on 5358 8222 or Crime Stoppers anonymously on 1800 333 000.
He also said graffiti was not a common problem.
“It has been a problem in the past at Stawell,” he said.
“But we have been able to resolve these issues as they come along.
“We normally find out who the perpetrators are.
“It is interesting that is happens more in school holidays time.”
