Producer Luke Mitton said the Horsham Arts Council House was a hive of activity.
“There is rehearsals, set construction and costumes all being organised with two months left to pull the show together,” he said.
“Everything is on track.”
Mr Mitton said the band has also been busy rehearsing the music for the show.
“They are sounding fantastic and the production team is really excited about how hard everyone is working,” he said.
“We are very proud of the dedication of everyone involved, especially given that everyone volunteers their time to produce the show.”
Mr Mitton said the script was very funny and the audience would have to listen out for the one liners.
“Much like the movie, the show does contain some adult themes and mild coarse language so parental guidance would be recommended for children,” he said.
Tickets for the show went on sale last week.
“Ticket sales have been very positive and if things keep up, we are heading towards eight sell-out shows,” he said.
“People should get in fast to avoid disappointment.”
The show will run from October 28 to November 5.
