Ruth Holah, Shashini Weerasinghe and Jaymie Hughan all have a passion for podiatry.
“Anyone can see a podiatrist. Clients can be referred by their GP, or simply contact allied health reception to make an appointment,” podiatrist Jaymie Hughan said.
Podiatrists will carry out an initial assessment, working with the client to create a treatment plan and offer self-care advice on what clients can do at home.
“Last week I had a patient who after just one appointment walked out with no more heel pain. It was a fantastic result,” podiatrist Ruth Holah said.
Podiatrists recommend follow up appointments to ensure long term results.
People that need to see a podiatrist or require further information can contact the the Stawell Allied Health reception on 5358 8531 or drop into the clinic on Patrick Street.
