Grampians: Five people were injured when their car hit a tree at Moyston

PARAMEDICS have treated five people after their car hit a fallen tree in the Grampians region. A primary school-aged boy was flown to the Royal Children’s Hospital with head and chest injuries after the car he was travelling in hit the tree on the Moyston-Dunkeld Road at Moyston about 11.30pm on Friday. A teenage boy in the car injured his collarbone and was taken to Ballarat Base Hospital along with a man in his 20s suffering chest and facial injuries. A woman in her 30s and a toddler received minor injuries.
