The collision at the intersection of the Wonwondah-Dadswell Bridge Road and Northern Grampians Road happened about 4.20pm on Tuesday.
Five Singapore tourists, who were travelling west in a car on the Wonwondah-Dadswell Bridge Road, were injured in the crash.
A Horsham woman, 24, who was travelling north on Northern Grampians Road was uninjured.
Detective Leading Senior Constable Tony Gentile, who works with the Victoria Police Major Collision Investigation Unit, said the male driver, 24, was charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing serious injury.
“He was also charged with two counts of negligently causing serious injury,” he said.
“The charges relate to failing to give way.”
