Natimuk United is 11th on the ladder, well behind Jeparit-Rainbow in third, on twenty points.
Both sides are coming off disappointing round six losses, the Rams were defeated by seven points against Rupanyup.
The Rams have gradually shown signs of improvement throughout the 2016 season.
They kicked 12 goals to Rupanyup’s 14 in round six.
The Storm held their own against the Giants but still finished with a 25-point loss.
Round six marked the Storms first loss of the season.
The Rams could provide the perfect opportunity for them to bounce back.
Rams coach Nigel Sibson said his side is looking good after taking a break last week.
“We go into any game with confidence, we just have to stick to our game plan and execute well,” he said.
“We need to improve on our intensity and consistency moving forward.”
