Club president Andrew Murphy said the club was looking to emulate the success of the past three seasons and again lift the premiership cup come September.
“It’s going to be an interesting clash,” he said.
“(Carisbrook) look to have picked up a few players and we’ve got a few injured and a couple unavailable so we’ll see.”
Murphy said Navarre’s netball teams had recruited well in the off season and were again looking forward to a successful year on the court. He said the club was also looking to blood plenty of young talent on the football field in 2016.
“Obviously our aim is to have another successful year in the seniors but we’re also hoping to develop our juniors,” he said.
“We think we’ll have a strong reserves side as well. By the end of the season we’ll have a handy football team.”
