Being a healthy weight helps you to feel your best, and it’s never too late to start.
February is the perfect time to kick-start healthy lifestyle habits by increasing your activity levels or improving your diet.
As part of Healthy Weight Week, Stawell Regional Health is commencing a program to help people lose weight and improve their health. To celebrate and help you get inspired come and see our staff from the Allied Health team.
Staff are making themselves available at both the hospital cafe and the Stawell Health and Community Centre (ground floor) between 10am and 11.30am every day from next Monday, February 15 to Sunday, February 21.
There will be lots of giveaways and information to take home to help you on your way.
