Kirsch had a sensational season, finishing on top of the competition with 74 points - two points ahead of John McMahon and Sean Allen on 72.
McMahon received runner up honours on a countback from Allen, who slipped into third position also on a countback decider.
Meanwhile, John McMahon returned a winner in the final stableford event of the season.
Up against a field of 28, McMahon held his nerve to win with 39 points, finishing one point ahead of Jeff Cameron and Bruce Henley.
Cameron came in second on a countback from Henley after both players finished on 38 points.
Sean Allen was nearest pin winner on the Adam Holloway sixth hole, Randall Bacon took home the spoils on the Flyboyz ninth while Lyle McInerney was in control of the HiWay 8 Motel 13th.
Paul Nellthorp saluted on the Richard Hackwill 17th hole and Paul Kirsch rounded out his successful year with a win on the second shot Baptist Church 18th.
Richard Lipovas received the John Marshall encouragement award for his efforts on the day.
Les Montgomery won the final card draw.
