Farrers Tyrepower will come out fully fit after having the bye last week and will be full of confidence after thrashing Frewstal by 41 games earlier in the year.
Frewstal have had an up and down season so they need to have an up week tonight to be any chance of taking out this match.
On paper Farrers Tyrepower look to have the advantage in the mens sets so Frewstal’s ladies will need to step up and have a good night on the courts for Frewstal to be competitive.
Top side David O Jones Mitre 10 will be trying to continue their winning run against big improvers Crowe Horwath. Crowe Horwath’s combination of Matt Freeland, Callum Rickard and Michael Hackwill can take it right up to Mitre 10’s Nathan Baker, Jesse Barber and Chris Simpkin.
If major points can be won in those sets then Crowe Horwath may just grab a sniff of victory and fight the match out to the finish.
Stawell Toyota will have the bye which comes at a good time for Toyota who have had a number of losses in recent weeks.
Ladder: David O Jones Mitre 10, 79, 102.52%; Farrers Tyrepower, 71,115.76 %, Frewstal, 66, 95.92%: Stawell Toyota, 61, 91.60%: Crowe Horwath, 59,97.78 %.
