Mr Broad said maintaining and improving local roads has been on his ‘wish list’ since he was first elected.
“Black Spot projects target roads that have been identified as dangerous, in a bid to reduce road trauma and ensure local road networks are safe for all motorists, cyclists and pedestrians.
“One of the really good things about the Black Spot Program is that anyone can nominate a road that they believe should be considered for an upgrade by the panel of safety experts.
“That means people who really know the roads, have a say.”
