The duo achieved the funds through Spotlight's national competition to seek out Australia's most creative Rainbow Loom Band designers.
The Basset sisters spent more than 50 hours looming their giant banner.
"Kids today spend far too much time on computers, this is decreasing their attention spans, damaging their coordination and their ability to follow instructions," mother, Sharon said.
"Rainbow Loom Band creations go against the technological craze among children and help to improve their concentration and coordination."
Great Western Primary has an enrolment of 20 children.
Principal, Kerri-Ann Harris said the $10,000 will be life changing for the students at the school.
"This will be a tremendous help, our arts and crafts room will prosper, giving us the opportunity to buy some laptops for our new graphic design program.”
