RIPON MP, Louise Staley has hosted key members of the Victorian Opposition Health portfolio to meet with health stakeholders across Ripon.

Ms Staley was joined by Shadow Health Minister, Mary Wooldridge and Shadow Parliamentary Secretary for Rural Health, Margaret Fitzherbert as they toured the region to consult with local healthcare providers and find out what challenges they face.
"The people of Ripon deserve access to the very best health care facilities, these discussions will help us to lobby the State Government for a greater local investment" Ms Staley said.
As part of the tour, the group met with representatives from Stawell Regional Health, Grampians Community Health, the East Grampians Health Service, Beaufort and Skipton Community Health Service and the Maryborough District Health Service
"These meetings are a great chance for local health care providers to communicate what issues they are facing, the Liberals are committed to pushing for a better deal for local health services across country Victoria,".Ms Wooldridge said.
Shadow Parliamentary Secretary for Rural Health, Margaret Fitzherbert said Central and Western Victoria often faced unique health challenges and the Liberals remain committed to ensuring local health care thrives in Country Victoria."
"Only the Liberal Nationals Coalition truly understands how important healthcare is in country Victoria" said Ms Staley.
"Daniel Andrews continues to show absolutely no interest in rural and regional health. I refuse to simply stand by and let our vital local services be neglected" Ms Staley said.
