While the Maryborough Castlemaine team will have plenty of Navarre players in their team the pleasing thing across the league is that eight of the 14 clubs are represented.
For Navarre Daniel Parkin, Louis Hannett, Ash Driscoll, Cody Driscoll and Josh Fowkes have all been selected.
Both the Driscoll brothers and Parkin played last year and had he not been injured Hannett may have also played.
Parkin, who captained the interleague squad last year will lead the squad again.
First time coach Luke Treacy praised each of the Navarre players ahead of their game.
"Daniel has been a great leader at Navarre for years and to be the interleague captain again is a great effort," Treacy said.
"For Daniel it is just another feather in the cap."
Fowkes is one of the younger players in the squad and will have a big role to play in his first interleague game.
"Josh is young, but he has come along way with his football," Treacy said.
"We wanted a young mobile team, and he fits that mould."
Both Ash and Cody Driscoll will be pivitoal to the Maryborough Castlemaine forward line.
Cody who is in his second year of senior representative football may still be young, but having played before he should be a cool head under pressure.
Hannett is once again a premier midfielder of the competition after battling injuries the past couple of season and is a welcomed inclusion to the team.
Treacy is expecting Ellinbank to be a well drilled team that is accustomed to playing on the smaller wetter grounds, but he is confident his team can gret away with a win.
Adding to Maryborough Castlemaine's advantage is that the game is played on their grand final oval in Princes Park, Maryborough.
Treacy has so far been impressed by his players commitment and he is looking forward to the game tomorrow afternoon.
The game starts at 2.00pm.
