New principal, John McKee said Robyn Anyon had been responsible for instilling a strong sense of pride and commitment at the school.
We are grateful for her highly organised and innovated approaches to leadership which allowed for the advancement of a whole range of projects including the transition into the new school building, the development of a Sensory Garden, forging a Sister School relationship with the Yiwi School in China, as well as her ongoing commitment to the Chaplaincy Program, " Mr McKee said.
He said Mrs Anyon will be greatly missed by all.
"We would like to wish her all the best in this new chapter of her life. "
A teaching colleague, Sandy Slocombe, made a presentation on behalf of teachers and students and thanked Robyn for her leadership.
She described Mrs Anyon as the 'Queen of Skene' and provided a humorous recall of ovarious elements of her 'queenly role'' complete with a history book'of her queenly exploits.
