The festival will this year be headlined by award-winning food journalist and television personality Matt Preston.
Mr Preston will entertain audiences by hosting cooking demonstrations over both days, giving festival attendees the opportunity to soak up some of his culinary secrets using fresh local Grampians produce.
The Grampians Grape Escape is expected to attract more than 10,000 serious foodies to drink and graze their way through an indulgent culinary weekend among the spectacular mountain range of the Grampians National Park.
For the wine connoisseur, bid for the best Shiraz from the Grampians region at the hotly contested Barrique Auction and you can taste the signature wines of over 35 wineries by some of the oldest vines in the world.
The event also caters for junior foodies with lots of family fun activities available to keep the kids entertained like roving entertainment, rock climbing, face painting and a traditional grape stomping experience.
With longer opening hours, the Grampians Grape Escape commences on Saturday, May 2 at 10 am concluding with the soulful tunes of local acts at 6 pm. Sunday, May 3 is open from 9 am to 4pm.
Ticket packages are available with the VIP Weekend Package offering festival entry, free wine tasting on both days and entry to the VIP lounge situated in the heart of the Festival Village for $139 per person via pre sale.
