The winds were strong making it tough for cyclists, but Hetherington was able to overcome conditions and competitors.
Hetherington was in the second group to leave and with riders in front of him and riders behind he gradually eased his way to the front.
Hetherington secured his second win ahead of Ottis Francis and Danny Monaghan.
Weymss recorded the fastest time knocking Jason Shipcott off his perch.
Shipcott was in his final race for the club as he begins work in Ballarat.
His input into racing on Tuesday nights has been greatly appreciated and the Stawell Great Western Cycling Club wish him luck for his future races.
