They were by no means disgraced in the final match of the season and even took honours of the mixed sets by winning five of the eight sets that were up for grabs.

Frewstal however had already produced a lead that was big enough to see them hold on and secure their place in the finals.

Frewstal's Michael Hackwill continued his good form to have a winning round of 8-6,8-1 and 6-0 in the mixed doubles.

His mixed doubles partner Babette Stewart also played well to score an 8-4, 8-0 and 6-0 night while Tracey Dark also gave her team three valuable successful sets.

For Farrers Tyrepower Brian O'Shannessy, Richard Dodds and Cameron Hancock ended their seasons on a high with undefeated nights.

In other match ups Cassidy Painting took bragging rights over Crowe Horwath as they finished the season second on the ladder thanks to their 15 game victory.

Cassidy Painting's men section did most of the damage with Nathan Baker, Callum Rickard, Koby Stewart and Zac Armer giving their all and securing all of their contested sets.

Crowe Horwath's Jaiden Bach, Chelsea Maddocks and Aiden Jensz claimed three sets each, but Cassidy Painting ended the night and the season above Crowe Howath.
