The teams met earlier this month, with the Mountain Men coming away with a 114-point win and dealing the Swifts what coach Paul Hanns dubbed 'a fair old lesson'.
What did the Baggies learn from the crushing loss?
"Just that they (Laharum) don't just rely on a couple of players so everyone's got to be accountable on the day," Hanns said.
Defenders Aaron Cooper, Jakob Davis, Justin Thomas and Richard Thomas have a tough day ahead of them.
Cooper was instrumental in Swifts elimination final win, doing what Hanns described as 'a fantastic job' of keeping the ball on the ground and bringing it to a 50-50 contest.
Hanns is putting his faith in his defenders to get the job done again on Sunday against Laharum forwards Jason Przibilla and Marcus Demaria, who last time booted seven and five goals respectively.
The coach said on the weekend in the Baggies thrilling seven-point win against Rupanyup, the defence wasn't tight enough in the first half.
"In the second half, it was nice and tight - we're a lot better at playing one on one footy. They need to be accountable and stay right next to their man," Hanns said.
Unlike last week, the Baggies cannot afford a slow start and spend the rest of the game playing catch-up football.
Onballers Ricky Whitehead, Scott Carey, Sean Mantell and Paul Hanns need to make sure the Baggies have first use of the football out of the middle and restrict Laharum's attack from getting their hands to it.
Jakob Davis will more than likely resume hostilities with big man Shannon Argall, who he restricted to just one goal last time.
Laharum livewire Robbie Miller is one to watch out for after previously tearing the Baggies apart, with either Owen Phillips or Nick Pickering set to run with him on Sunday.
Pickering was a standout for Swifts against Rupanyup, with Hanns praising his pressure and calling him an 'absolute workhorse.'
Swifts would have plenty of confidence following their come-from-behind win against the Panthers, however will need to watch out for the Mountain Men who are sure to be smarting after a 17 point loss to Kalkee.
Jeremy Joiner was kicking accurately and will need to turn it on again on Sunday, while Julian Carr must stand up and provide another avenue to goal.
Swifts youngster Liam Nuske is a player who is set for a break out game, after coming onto the field in the second half of last week's match and having a positive impact across half forward.
In good news for the Baggies, there were no injuries received against Rupanyup.
"There were some sore bodies, being a Sunday game but we've had a pool session to get up and about," Hanns said.
Jake Goodes (finger) may return this weekend, with Josh Newton and Zach Salmi both in the mix to step up from under 17s.
In the meantime, Sunday's match will come down to one thing - belief.
"We had a really rough day last time. We've just got to instil in the boys to believe in themselves that they can match it and if they do basic things, such as play one on one footy, it will go a long way to us having a win."
