The event will be conducted in Main Street, Stawell from 5pm - 8pm.
Main Street will be closed to traffic from the fountain (cenotaph) to the Wimmera Street roundabout.
On show will be a range of classic and collectable cars, trucks and bikes.
There will be many prizes and trophies presented to winning vehicles as well as a barbecue, fairy floss, popcorn and activities to keep children entertained.
Display entry this year is $10.00 per car and a gold coin donation for spectators.
There is extra incentive to be one of the first to register your display with the first 100 entries to receive a free gift bag with car care products to the value of $40.
Last year 130 cars, trucks and bikes from across the region converged on Main Street for the event and there are hopes there will be just as many, if not even more tonight.
In 2014 the event raised $2000 which was donated to the State Emergency Service (SES) to assist victims of the Grampians and Black Range bushfires.
Funds raised from Friday's Stawell Gold Mines and Stawell Auto Pro sponsored event will also go to charity.
