Freeland continues to run despite his increasing age and he doesn't look to be slowing down anytime soon.
On Monday nights Freeland puts whoever is interested through their paces in an hour of solid running.
While the exercise is designed to improve your overall fitness each athlete completes it at their own pace, allowing for a varying skill level.
Freeland has been running the fitness sessions for a number of years and since the Warriors have started to show interest his numbers are improving.
Many of his athletes have gone on to greater fitness challenges such as Tough Mudder and Miss Muddy after training with Freeland.
At this time of year, numbers do drop off with pre season football and cricket a major factor.
When cricket finishes and football training returns to Tuesday and Thursday nights, Freeland expects a big improvement in numbers.
Freeland and the rest of his team will be training at Central Park from 6.00pm Monday nights for anyone who is interested in having a run around.
