After an impressive season last year in both the under 14s and under 17s there are big shoes to fill in terms of coaching at Stawell.
Brett Graveson will stay true to his under 14 boys from this season as he moves on the the under 17 coaching ranks.
With Graveson moving up and Ernie Brilliant moving on, it has made way for up and coming coach Bach to take on a role.
Bach will be in his first season of coaching at the Wimmera level, but after many seasons of playing seniors, there is no doubt he has the knowledge to improve the young footballers.
It is hope that under Bach's guidance, the under 14s will go one better than this year, when they were defeated in the grand final.
Many of the players from this year's team will be required to step up, giving the young up and coming players a chance.
Development is a key focus at the Warriors with seven juniors making their senior debut this season alone.
Stawell Warriors junior teams will have try outs early next year.
