Blake attended the last of four sessions in Ballarat before the squad was announced.
The Rebels launched a futures squad as part of their youth girls state academy, primarily aimed for 13 to 15 year-old talent from around the region.
There was approximately 50 participants in the skills session with Blake one of the youngest and a clear standout of the 30 that were selected.
Blake's domestic club Ararat Storm had two players make the squad after just their second season in the Ballarat Football League competition as well as their assistant coach also having a role.
Olivia Miocic has coached Blake this season and looks forward to working with her through the Rebels program.
"It's a program that's designed to train the best footballers in an elite setting," Miocic said.
"We have a strength and conditioning coach, dietician and we focus on leadership and life skills. Not only do we focus on the football side, we focus on developing the player as a whole."
Blake will now endure training sessions on a fortnightly basis, before they have practice matches and exhibition matches in February and July.
Ararat teammate Sarah Anderson also made the cut to progress through to the squad.
