Stawell Show will be held on on Saturday, October 25.
Organisers are working hard to ensure the day is full of enjoyment for the entire family. Traditional favourites as well as some exciting new attractions are on the 2014 program.
In the pavilion near the Beaut Ute, Car and Bike exhibitors there will be more motor fun with the Raceline Mobile Slot Car Track and Grampians Toy Club's V8 Simulators.
Alan and Lachie Green from Great Western will give whipcracking demonstrations in the sand ring prior to the fascinating Sheaf Tossing Competition.
Ferrets are making a long awaited return to the show and are sure to amuse spectators as they race to win the coveted 2014 Ferret Cup.
The Pie Eating competition will return after its popular debut last year, as will the group of local BMX riders performing their fearless jumps and tricks in the main arena.
Professor Wallace's Puppet Theatre, MegaJumps and the Animal Nursery will keep the younger children entertained during the day.
Other great features include the horse show, Tiny Tot and Showgirl competitions, photography and hall class exhibits, tractor display, model railroad, miniature goats, live music, and schools displays.
It is not too late to prepare your entry for one of the many competitions. The hall classes and photography section close on October 18.
