Scott recorded a 229 off the stick to be this year's winner from Robert Bullen who finished on 241.
Scott led after two rounds and a runner up performance was enough to see him hang on.
Mal Elliot was the best of the B graders with 258 from Peter Bartholomew and Damien Scott who each finished on 259.
Barry Colyer is the C grade champion after he went around with 278 over the three rounds.
Colyer finished 19 shots clear of runner up Bob Cashin on 297.
Robert Scott was the winner of the 54 hole handicap with a nett 217.
Scott won the event from Ted Hall who recorded a nett 224.
The roles were reversed in the B grade handicap sections with Damien Scott victorious and Mal Elliott the runner up.
Charlie McIntosh was able to hold off Barry Colyer with a nine shot win in the C grade section.
Ted Hall was the winner of the third and final round with a nett 72, but it was not enough to see him defeat Scott.
Robert Scott was the runner up with a nett 73.
Other winners on the day included Peter Bartholomew and Charlie McIntosh while the runners up were Damien Scott on a countback from David Newton and Barry Colyer.
Di Burton was the ladies winner with a nett 73, defeating Kaylene Cameron with a nett 79.
Saturday's stableford provided Robert Bullen with a win with 37 points, while Bill Fitzell was runner up with 36 points.
Nearest the pin winners were Jenny Stewart on the second hole and Peter Davis on the 14th.
Tomorrow is the club day followed by a three person Irish stableford on the Sunday.
