The most recent of the winners was five year old gelding Knight Hero at Echuca.
Terry O'Sullivan was impressed by the win, despite it not being the strongest of fields.
"You are always happy when the horses are winning," O'Sullivan said.
Knight Hero has had mixed form of late with a couple of ordinary runs leading into his win.
Knight Hero will most likely run at Warrnambool in two weeks time.
At Murtoa the stable was able to successfully emerge with a winning treble, with Majestic Duke, Resume the Game and Clear Direction all saluting.
Terry O'Sullivan said each of the three horses were in good racing form prior to the meeting and he was confident each would win.
Majestic Duke was the first of the three to cross the line after running three seconds in a row.
"He's been racing well, just a bit unlucky," O'Sullivan said.
"It was good that he could finally crack first place."
Majestic Duke was sitting midfield at the 400 metre mark, but was able to find his way through to claim victory.
Holly McKechnie has been on the horse for the last five rides and was happy to be rewarded with a win.
The four year old gelding will run again this Sunday at Mildura.
Jack Hill has returned to winning form, piloting Resume The Game to victory after having a short spell from riding.
"Resume The Game has been around the mark for a while so we were quietly confident with her," O'Sullivan said.
Although her form doesn't look great on paper, having not won since February, the horse has been working well, so a win was only a matter of time.
Rounding out the winners at Murtoa was Clear Direction.
From her 18 starts the five year old mare has managed five wins and looks to be in her best form.
She has now won two consecutive races with a win at Coleraine and now Murtoa.
Holly McKechnie took her second win of the day on Clear Direction.
The fifth winner for the O'Sullivan stables was a fortnight ago at Warrnambool, when smart galloper Welcome Invader broke through for his maiden victory.
The tactics of jockey Jamie Mott were questioned when the horse surrendered its lead before easing his mount and settling outside the leader
The favourite was able to finish strongly for the O'Sullivan stables.
Welcome Invader will run again on Monday at Warrnambool.
