The day provided few positives for Swifts as they lost every game.
C grade reserve didn't play this week due to a lack of numbers at Noradjuha Quantong.
A grade got off to a slow start with the Bombers scoring 16 goals in the first quarter to Swifts three.
Encouragement spurred the Baggies on, but it wasn't until the fourth quarter where they hit their best form.
In the last quarter Swifts outscored Noradjuha Quantong 12-9.
Lauren Dempsey moved well in the wings and shot well in the final quarter and Emily Patterson was once again impressive in defence.
Dempsey took home best on court Sneek a Peek voucher while Patterson took the club award.
The final score was Swifts losing 20-52.
It was a repeat poor first three quarters in the B grade, but they didn't have a standout fourth quarter either.
Scoring just 11 goals for the game Swifts were always chasing as Noradjuha Quantong scored 54.
Best players were Taryn Wynd with the Llewats award and Isabella Robson with the club award.
Renee Bullen was a standout performer and showed her versatility in the C grade match when she went from the midcourt to defence.
Sharyn Salmi was forced to take the court after injuries and players being unavailable.
She proved that she still has what it takes playing three quarters in the centre.
Bullen was the winner of the Sportspower best on court, while Emily Davis won the club award.
In the under 17 match Swifts went down 23-44.
The second quarter was their undoing as they scored just four goals and allowed Noradjuha Quantong to score 13.
Maddi Rutter's good form from the past two weeks continued with another standout performance in defence.
Claire Cain also worked hard for the ball and was able to convert in goal attack.
Rutter and Cain were the two best players.
In the closest match of the day Swifts under 15s went down by 13 points.
Swifts committed countless unforced errors which cost them in the end losing 14-27.
Claudia Jasper was best on court for Swifts for her game in attack, while Tarnee Orr through the midcourt gave Swifts some hope.
Swifts under 13s showed positive signs as they implemented some new tactics.
The team game shone through with Olivia Barber and Darcy Crawford being Swifts best. The final score was 10-9.
MODS started the game off slowly, but were able to improve gradually as the game went on.
Juliet Wheaton, Mazey Crawford and Tahlia Hoffman were the best performers.
