The incidents are believed to have occurred on the night of Sunday, July 6 some time between 7.30pm and 2am the following morning.
First Constable Nathaniel Warren said police were disappointed by behaviour that included burnouts in built up areas.
Stawell's Main Street was a target with those responsible also leaving their mark at the corner of Clifton Avenue and Franklin Street, Clifton Avenue and Newington Road and Lake Road.
First Constable Warren has appealed for anyone who may have witnessed anything that night, to contact him at the Stawell police station on 5358 8222.
