It was an important win for the club as they prepare for their centenary game this week.
Swifts also celebrated the individual milestone of Ricky Whitehead who played his 150th senior football match.
Whitehead has been a vital part of the senior team since his teenage years and played one of his trademark brilliant games on the weekend.
With Ben Martin in stellar form in the forward line, Whitehead was forced to do some ruck work in order for Matt Healy to be rested.
Whitehead was dominant in the ruck and in his usual midfield position.
"Ricky had a great game," CKS Swifts joint coach Paul Hanns said.
"He worked hard in the midfield and was used in the ruck at times to give Matt Healy a rest. He was clearly one of our best."
Whitehead was just one of the many players who stood out in the 118 point victory.
Although the scoreline suggested otherwise, Hanns described the game as hard fought.
"It just never felt easy out there," he said.
"It was good to prove to the boys that if they play their best footy, which is the team game, we can have really big wins."
The Baggies were issued a strong warning last week to share the football and use the corridor or a week in the reserves might be the answer.
They each responded well with Ben Martin the beneficiary, kicking seven goals.
Not only did Martin kick goals off his own boot, but by making a contest and bringing the ball to ground, the small forwards were able to go to work.
Isaac Rathgeber also kicked four first half goals.
Swifts had a lapse in the second term which allowed Natimuk to pounce.
"We over used the football and weren't direct enough," Hanns said.
Martin had combined with Rathgeber to put a physical Natimuk United away early with a 55 point margin at the first break.
In the third period Swifts returned to their first quarter form and again extended their lead.
"After the first three quarters and a big margin, we just really wanted to finish well," Hanns said.
Damien Joiner and Luke Mitchell were named amongst the best players for their efforts through the midfield.
Swifts ran out winners 22.20.152 to Natimuk's 5.4.34 in what was a great display of team football.
"Overall we are just happy with the team game," Hanns said.
"The boys linked up really well and played some great football."
