The headshave was organised by Elishia Murphy and grew beyond expectations.
Only a handful of people were expected to have their heads shaved, but as the night went on, more put their locks on the line.
A nine year old girl, an older gentleman who shave a 40 year old beard off and more, were among the big crowd.
A beautician from Stawell, Chloe Rowlings, was also on hand to do free makeup on all the women taking part.
Fundraising was a resounding success, with a number of residents reaching enormous totals to have their head shaved.
They were: Sue Wilde $731, Danielle Eagles 717.05, Frank Lovelace $520, Austin Tyers 118.70, Kaitie Hemming $100 and Maria Naawi $80.50.
Money was also raised through the sale of raffle tickets. With Brooke Dunn, Sue Shirreff, Sue Wilde and Stacey Dunn all selling tickets, the raffle raised a total of $1192.75, bringing the grand total for the shave to a massive $3460.00.
Elishia said she wished to thank all volunteers and supporters on the night, Chloe Rowlings for the makeup, and David Stanes from the Town Hall Hotel for donating the Jim Beam Room for the event and Matt Jones for all his assistance.
"Everyone did such an amazing job," Elishia said.
"I could not have been anymore happy to be a part of it, so thank you all."
