The Ballarat duo was among the fastest 20 times outside the heat winners to advance.
Bee, who is ths backmarker in this year's Gift on 0.75m, finished second to Augustine Carty Cowling in the second fastest heat of 12.34 seconds.
Bee's 12.524 was the 14th quickest time over the 120m dash for the day.
O'Dwyer clocked 12.623.
