The first, in Halls Gap will be held at the Halls Gap Recreation Centre on Monday with a barbecue at 6pm to be followed by a presentation from 7pm to 9pm.
The second, at the Black Range Golf Club will be held on Tuesday night with a barbecue and presentation to follow from 6pm.
Jemima and Kate Riddell, Black Saturday survivors and founders of Firefoxes Australia will share their story of recovery after the February 2009 disaster.
Jemima and Kate want to get to know the Halls Gap and Black Range communities, so get together, have a laugh, ask questions, reflect and hopefully be inspired.
The events are open to all members of the community; those directly impacted by any natural disasters, those living in the area, those whose family and friends are, or have been affected, those who would like to contribute something back to the community, those who feel like they don't fit into any of the categories and those who are just plain curious.
The Wimmera Uniting Care Youth Action Bus is coming to provide activities for young children.
There is no cost with a free barbecue and light refreshments provided.
